It is based on the Supreme Decree No. 25107 dated 25/5/1439 on the formation of a committee to monitor and meet the requirements of the private sector and to find effective mechanisms to address them.
Therefore, if you have a financial claim with the government sector and its due date before 1/1/2018, you can register it now through the financial dues portal at Eitimad platform: https://payclaims.mof.gov.sa
